Located at 1,460 metres above sea level on the Pradel Plateau, Malga Tovre offers stunning views of Lake Molveno and the majestic Brenta Dolomites. The mountain farm is generally open from mid-June to mid-September.
How to Get There
There are several ways to reach Malga Tovre:
• From Molveno, take the Pradel cable car departing from the town centre. Once at the top station, a pleasant uphill walk of about 20 minutes will bring you to the malga.
• Alternatively, continue with the chairlift to Rifugio La Montanara and then enjoy a short 10-minute downhill walk.
• Hiking enthusiasts can also reach the malga on foot:
from Andalo, with a walk of about one hour starting from the Val Biole paid parking area
from Molveno, following the trails leading up to Pradel.
Malga Tovre is an educational farm and the perfect place to spend a day surrounded by nature. Children can meet the farm animals up close and enjoy a fun and enriching experience.
Your visit is also an opportunity to taste traditional local products made directly at the malga.
